Terms Of Service

1. Acceptance Of terms

By accessing and using Ai-Click's platform, services, or products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Provided

Ai-Click is an all-in-one sales and marketing software that includes more than 10 tools within one platform, including but not limited to:

– Sales and marketing tools
– Funnel and landing page builder
– Sales and task pipelines
– Calendar
– Chat support
– Automation tools
Premium Feature: Ai-Click's “Marketing Inside” allows users to launch social media ads within 60 seconds without requiring technical skills or expensive marketing agencies.



3. User Responsibilities

By using Ai-Click, you agree to:– Provide accurate and current information during the account registration process.– Maintain the confidentiality of your account login information.– Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.



4. Refund Policy

At Ai-Click Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality sales and marketing software solutions. To maintain fairness and consistency, we have established a no refund policy for all new customers. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to our services.– All purchases made on our platform are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all products and services offered by Ai-Click Media.



5. EMI Payment Term

– Payment Schedule: If you purchase Ai-Click services on an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) plan, you agree to adhere to the payment schedule specified during the purchase process.– Grace Period: If a payment is not made within 30 days of the due date, Ai-Click provides a 7-day grace period. During this period, you may complete your payment without additional penalties.



6. Consequence Of Non Payment

– Account Suspension: If payment is not received within the 37-day period (30 days plus the 7-day grace period), Ai-Click will suspend your account. During this suspension, access to all tools, features, and data will be restricted.– No Refunds for Suspension: In the event of account suspension due to non-payment, Ai-Click is not liable to provide any refunds for payments already made, including partial payments under the EMI structure.



7. Plan Conversion

– Lifetime Deal Conversion: If you have purchased a lifetime plan and fail to complete the payment within the 37-day period, your lifetime plan will automatically be converted into an annual subscription plan. The first annual payment will be due immediately upon conversion.



8. Account Termination

– Permanent Deletion: If payment is not made within 30 days after suspension, Ai-Click reserves the right to permanently delete the account. All associated data will be lost, and a new account must be purchased to regain access to Ai-Click's services.



9. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and data on Ai-Click's platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, and logos, are the intellectual property of Ai-Click and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or creating derivative works from this content without express permission from Ai-Click.



10. Limitation Of Liability

Ai-Click is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if Ai-Click has been advised of the possibility of such damages.



11. Modification to the terms

– Ai-Click reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
